No call-out fees

All our rates shown are per hour but will be billed per 1/2 hour after the first initial hour. We will always show a comprehensive description of work carried out, and a full breakdown of labour and material charges are shown on all invoices. There is a one hour minimum charge. We do not charge a call out fee, however charges will be applied for any visits that require fault finding or a diagnostic process
